I met Joey while he was door knocking in our neighborhood! On the third time I saw him I said I am not selling yet but looking to buy a property. With a list of our requirements he started sending us qualified homes. We spent a weekend a month viewing several prospective homes. After several months and some rain outs, we found the perfect home. He wrote up an offer, it was countered, we countered, it was accepted and we moved right into escrow. I had a very good experience working with Joey Real Estate Nanci. There are several different reasons why I would recommend his services to family and friends. First, Joey never complained once about the commute he had to endure every time a transaction or request was made. He was always present for all the stages during escrow. Second, he was always available to answer any questions that we had regarding paperwork and what to expect next. He made sure that he informed us of exactly where we stood during the escrow process. He made suggestions that were helpful and made sure every detail was taken care of in a timely manner. Lastly, I appreciated his genuine concern and enthusiasm. He was able to relate to every emotion that you experience when trying to buy a home. This does not come easy in the world of customer service these days.

Joey told me initially that there would be no delay or issue during the escrow process that would be the result of something that was his fault. I was a bit skeptical, to be honest. But he was right! And he stayed on top of everything during the entire process. When there was a milestone due in the process, Joey made sure it was met and if there was a potential issue, he personally saw to it that it was dealt with in a timely manner. During the inspection, there were several things found that needed to be fixed. When they were said to be fixed, he personal checked each one to verify it. One issue wasn’t fixed the first time, so Joey contacted the seller to let them know it still needed to be done. Each time documents needed to be signed, he had them to me immediately, to minimize any delays. He told me the entire process would be 30 days and it was. I’ve never experienced anything like it. Easily the best realtor I’ve ever worked with! I not only highly recommend Joey, I can’t imagine why anyone would want to work with anyone else. 6 stars outta 5!
